How much notice do you require?
We request at least 48 hours notice on most orders, however exceptions may be made. For highly customized and large orders we prefer having 1-2 weeks notice. Contact us at anytime to discuss your needs.
What are my options for payment?
Contact us with your order and we will email you an invoice. We accept cash, check, or credit card at the time of delivery. If you are ordering a gift, we will also accept checks by mail. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we can obtain your credit card information over the phone.
Do you ship out-of-state?
We currently only hand-deliver items in the Dayton, OH area. However, we may offer shipping options on cake stands in the future. If you are interested in purchasing a cake stand to be shipped outside of Dayton, please contact us.
Will you deliver outside the Dayton area?
We offer free delivery to homes and businesses in the Dayton, OH area, however on occasion we will deliver outside of Dayton for large orders with a delivery fee included. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Can you include a card?
We will be happy to add a card to your gift with any special message for $1.50.
